By booking, you signify that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

  • If, by chance, there is a withdrawal or cancellation without proof due to "force majeure," it will not entitle you to any type of refund, reimbursement, or credit for new days, resulting in the total loss of the contracted days.
  • Our facilities were designed for couples and couples with up to two children. Unfortunately, we have chosen not to accept pets; your furry friend also deserves to stay in a hotel designed exclusively for them.
  • Bringing guests without prior authorization is prohibited. An additional fee will be charged if another person (besides the guests who are the main guests on the reservation) stays in the accommodation, remembering that only the main guests will have the right to use the accommodations and services provided during the daily rate.
  • The use of sound devices at volumes exceeding the limits of private areas is not permitted (only sound from cell phones, small speakers, acoustic music with voice and guitar, instrumental music). In case of disrespect, the guest will be asked to leave the "guesthouse" without the right to reimbursement.
  • We ask everyone to respect the noise ordinance (from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
  • Guests are hereby informed that they will be responsible for reimbursing any furniture, decorations, stained or damaged bedding, or any other damaged or lost items from the accommodation starting from the date of check-in. We kindly ask that you take care with tanning oils, makeup, and sunscreens.
  • Items left behind in the accommodation are not our responsibility, and shipping will be charged and will be done as soon as possible, since there is no post office near the guesthouse.
  • Land and location
  • The guesthouse is located on top of the hill on the King's Road; access is easily possible by regular car (no 4x4 required), however we do not recommend very low cars. The terrain is sloping and therefore has stairs and steps.
  • Cleaning fee
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodations. If this rule is not respected, a cleaning fee equivalent to one night's stay will be charged for cleaning after check-out.
  • Check-in time
  • From 2 pm.
  • Check-out time
  • Until 11:00 AM
  • According to the inn's cancellation policy, reservations can only be cancelled with a minimum notice period of 60 days prior to check-in.
  • In case of withdrawal or cancellation due to "force majeure," provided that prior notice is given, the stay may be rescheduled for the period from May to July of the following year, from Monday to Friday.
